Assistant Logistics Manager (Warehouse & Transportation Management)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL warehouses for the assigned markets
  • Monitor local delivery and home delivery arrangements for the assigned markets in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments and 3PL warehouses to ensure smooth logistics flow
  • Oversee all transportation arrangements, including shop delivery, home delivery, inter-shop transfer and returns
  • Prepare analytical reports to identify cost efficient initiatives
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder with a major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in Hong Kong / Macau / overseas market, transportation management, 3PL warehouse management in FMCG, health product, cosmetics industry or retail industry is preferred
  • Independent, analytical, flexible, self-motivated and strong in logical thinking
  • Hardworking, detail-minded, organized and with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is a MUST
  • Solid knowledge in ERP system
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
