You will :

  • provide administrative and logistics support including preparing correspondence, handling business claims, travel arrangement and incoming mails, as well as calendar and meeting management
  • coordinate and support workshops and project related meetings, including presentation materials, agenda and minutes
  • support the team in developing scope book, schedule, status report and project documents
  • develop flowchart, detailed document log, maintain and control systematic filing system
  • develop, manage and control SharePoint portal
  • produce and consolidate monthly report, create and update Dashboard for senior management
  • perform office administrative tasks and assist in ad hoc assignments
  • You should have :

  • a university degree
  • at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in administrative or construction and engineering
  • relevant experiences in supporting senior management / PMO from sizable organizations
  • good presentation and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills
  • fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • knowledge in record and database management a plus
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.

    Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
