Business Development Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and close new companies looking to expand in online portals (Direct or thru third Party)
Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising partners.
Manage agency and advertiser elationships to attain revenue targets.
Work with marketing team to provide world-class customer support.
Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet advertiser needs.
Help create, and execute campaign management efforts to exceed client expectations
Track and manage advertiser pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals
Execute any projects assigned by business development director
1-2 years of Digital Media / Agency Sales experience
Work experience in media and advertising, with a preferred mix of online / offline, sponsorship & event sectors, combined with advertising networks.
Network of C-Level relationships with agencies and advertisers will be advantage
Self-starter, seeking in developing and executing strategic sales plans through strong client relationships, resulting in consistently exceeding goals.
Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.
Proven records of closing businesses with large finance corporations.
Proven ability of selling new products.
Outstanding team work, organizational and interpersonal skills with tremendous attention to detail.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start up environment.
Creative and analytical thinker, fast learner.
Proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
With a CAN-DO attitude, able to handle pressure.
Relevant experience to fresh graduate will also be considered
