We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to develop and lead marketing across Meta brands to business audiences in Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
This is a senior role where you would be responsible for leading a team of marketing experts across different markets and setting a marketing strategy for the region which incorporates all aspects of marketing planning and communications including managing marketing budget, developing right channel mix, digital channels, developing events sponsorships, creating marketing collateral and more.
You will be accountable for Meta’s marketing performance to business audience and industry as well as marketing budget and ensure we deliver the most effective messaging while at the same time, ensuring complete coverage of this large and diverse region.
You will continue to build a highly effective and diverse marketing team across Greater China and bring with you industry relationships that can help further the impact and value of Meta marketing.

This role reports into our Director of Global Customer Marketing (GCM) for APAC and will be a critical leader in the APAC GBM Leadership team.

Lead a team of marketers and agencies across multiple markets
Partner with cross functional leaders to develop and execute the optimal marketing plans, programs and strategy to meet Meta’s business objectives for the region
Partner with the local consumer and PR leadership team on aligning marketing strategies with business plans
Develop holistic performance marketing programs for demand gen, lead acquisition and lifecycle management as appropriate
Work with the cross functional teams to land global as well as regional specific marketing programs
Optimize marketing mix by analysing performance of campaigns and programs and align marketing budgets to the biggest impact activities.
Develop strong relationships, influence and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the company
Serve as a thought leader across the business teams for the region
20+ years of experience in a B2B and / or B2C marketing leadership role
Deep experience in and knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries in Greater China Region, in particularly digital marketing and / or brand marketing experience
Experience in successfully leading large, geographically distributed teams, and building high performing teams, characterized by a culture of inclusion and a growth mindset
Demonstrated ability in operational efficiency through automation of tools and processes
Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary teams, including sales, product and engineering teams, to deliver relevant marketing programs
Proven experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners at all levels in a fast-paced, matrix organization
Verbal and written business fluency in English and Mandarin
Proven track record of "moving fast" and delivering on tight deadlines
Strong B2B experience is preferred
