Working closely with the Director to drive significantly greater value for AIA through (1) grow the MNC business portfolio (2) monitor and management of the portfolio on regular basis to achieve business targets (3) clients reporting and analytics (4) provide technical support to sales team in quotations and RFPs.
Facilitate business success and growth by providing critical support and advice to the GCS leadership team and local CS teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical & Portfolio Management Support / Special projects (Onboarding of new countries such as Vietnam, Myanmar for MNC Business Developments)
Consolidated claims reporting
Analytics AIA Analytics liaison officer
New Business Tracking & Pipeline Management
RFPs architecture support
Pooling Illustrations (shared responsibility with the underwriting team)
Development and co-ordination of the AIA RS marketing promotion and communication materials and events
Support business development on the following countries : Australia, NZ, Cambodia and Sri Lanka
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor or Post-Graduate degree or at least 10 years’ experience on Life Insurance and Financial Services with management / leadership experience
Established experience and track record in employee benefits, work site marketing or corporate wellness. Some exposure to flex benefits preferable
Demonstrated development and execution of strategies and tactics
Prepared to travel extensively, role with require a significant amount of time working in market with local teams
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Broad exposure to a combination of the following business disciplines; finance, marketing, customer service, operations, distribution, product
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Sound understanding of insurance related financial metrics
