Business Analysis

  • Work with Finance team on financial evaluations of existing and future projects
  • Assist the team in reviewing the 3-year plan of maisons and conducting analysis on different scenarios
  • Leasing Agreement Management

  • Keep track on all lease activities and ensure related agreements are followed up properly
  • Maintain a database of lease terms and update the information on a regular basis
  • Others

  • To build strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • To be in charge of the preparation of all Real Estate meetings, including organization, planning and preparation of documents
  • To be responsible for contract administration, filing and management
  • To coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by HQ
  • Requirements : Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Surveyor, Business Management, Finance or its equivalent
  • 2 3-year experience in a real estate agency, preferably in the retail department, real estate developer or luxury group
  • Skills & Competence

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical skill, meticulous, reliable and a team player
