In T&O, we managethe majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight ourbusiness partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.


  • Assistthe Team Manager to supervise and guide the subordinates to ensure smoothrunning of the section
  • Monitorand execute stock settlement instructions efficiently and accurately
  • Monitorand process physical scrip deposit and withdrawal to provide efficient servicesto our customers and maintain the record in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitorday-to-day settlement on equities, fixed income and other types of instruments.
  • Performcheck and control on processes including static data maintenance, customerposition update and pricing information update, and handle reconciliation ofGeneral Ledger accounts, preparation of transaction and miscellaneous reports,etc
  • Followup with brokers and custodians to clean up any unmatched / unsettledinstructions
  • Supportthe process of monthly fee billings and collections.
  • Providesecond level client services.Handlecustomer inquiries and resolve / escalate problems in an efficient manner
  • Participatein project initiatives and UAT for system enhancements
  • Requirements

  • 3years of relevant working experience in securities settlement in the banking environment
  • 1year experience of people management preferable
  • Solidknowledge in investment product and end to end settlement process.
  • Beconversant with CCASS, SFC rules, SFO and HKICL
  • Befamiliar with the market trend and new product / system development of HongKong securities market
  • Accuracyand thoroughness in work
  • Goodproblem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Goodteam player, supportive and flexible to take up team tasks
  • Goodcommunication skills and good command in English and Chinese (both spoken &written)
