Territory Manager, RGR

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for assigned products by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic products in assigned territory.
  • Drive sales from a strategic level by identifying, creating and managing business relationships with select groups or accounts
  • Service existing and new customers by providing technical support during implants and follow-ups.
  • Increase therapy usage accounts by enhancing the awareness through seminars and workshops.
  • Maintain and enhance market share by promoting new products and exercising diligent account management.
  • Handle and coordinate sales and marketing activities to maximize Medtronic revenue within assigned territory.
  • Exercising team work especially in cases coverage to ensure the country AOP is met or exceeded.
  • Maintain in-service by providing therapy training to the existing and new customers.
  • Proactively work with all key stakeholders in long-term tender development and contract management. Adhere to relevant processes, policies and procedures.
  • Provide and maintain accurate information by accounts in terms of implants unit, ASP, competitors’ activities and customers’ activities on a monthly basis.
  • Develop monthly forecast and plan.
  • Work with reporting manager to accomplish proper inventory control and logistic issue
  • Work with supply chain and finance team on business process improvement
  • Perform additional duties in line with company business requirements
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Science
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in medical field
  • Preferably in Medical / biomedical engineering / Pharmacy / Nursing
  • Experience in Medical device industry preferred
  • Fluent oral Mandarin is preferred
  • Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge and communicate the key messages to others
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with sales, physician customers and across geographic and organizational boundaries
  • A good team player with team spirit is essential
  • Well organized, quick thinker and creative
  • Open-mind, responsible and have strong sense of ownership
  • Highly motivated and positive with can do attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written or verbal)
  • Willing to work out of normal office hour and surgery support
  • Occasional travel may be required
