Our client, a well-known hospitality group with headquarters in Hong Kong and operations in Hong Kong, China and APAC regions, is now looking for an experienced Regional Assistant C&B Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities Report to the Sr. Manager, C&BAssist in reviewing, implementing C&B policies and procedures for all regions.
Ensure Corporate C&B policies in compliance with local Laws and regulations across all regions.Assist in administering expatriates’ benefit and relevant policiesAct as business partner advising on enquiries on compensation & benefits for employees in Hong Kong and overseas officesConduct and compile C&B analysis for Hong Kong and overseas offices to ensure benefit plans align with the market and remain competitiveAssist in reviewing of annual salary, bonus and budget for the groupPrepare monthly HR report of staffing for the management Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplineAt least 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years at Assistant Manager LevelWell versed in Employment Ordinance & regulations of HK.
Knowledge of that of APAC is a plusGood command in MS office, Excel, powerpoint, etc. Knowledge of application of SAP will be an advantageFluent in both spoken & written English & Chinese.
Good command of Mandarin is a mustWell organized and able to handle multi-tasks within time linesA team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
