Scope of Job :
Our Guest Experience Hosts works withour guests in the attraction ensuring that each and every person has an amazingexperience - our Guest Experience hosts assist in our 4D Cinema, on our ridesand assist our Master Model Builder bring children's imagination to lifethrough LEGO.
To provide high quality, courteous,efficient and helpful service to our guests at all times. To ensure Health& Safety is our number one priority whilst ensuring that our guests havethe most memorable experience in our attractions.
Responsible to ensure thatmaximum sales are generated, cash is accurately managed and cleanliness andmerchandising are maximised.
Key Objectives :
To provide high levels of customer service to all guests in line with Merlin Standards.
To have up to date product knowledge of the attraction to assist guests.
To actively promote the attraction and deliver interaction with guests in line with Brand guidelines.
Main Responsibilities :
Promoting Merlin Entertainments policy of quality customer care by ensuring a courteous, efficient, helpful and entertaining service to the public.
Ensure all public areas have well stocked displays and point of sale, ready for the Attraction opening and that they are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately considering rates, promotions, vouchers, discounts, etc.
To ensure that all voucher redemptions are recorded and reconciled on a daily basis.
Ensure the highest standards of accurate and efficient cash handling procedures, check floats, monitoring staff and customers during transactions.
To assist in monitoring and support management of queue lines when required.
To ensure the mystery visit criteria is adhered to at all times.
To follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
To greet all visitors with eye contact, a smile and a verbal greeting on every transaction.
To issue a receipt and a passing pleasantry on every transaction.
To contribute your ideas to improve the guest experience and continually strive to improve the department.
About you :
You preferably have some previous experience in a guest service role.
You are passionate about delivering great guest service.
You are flexible and work well under pressure.
You have excellent communication skills.
You love working as part of a team.
