  • This role provides an important element of our client projects and relationships. As an Account Manager, apart from day-to-day operations, you will need to keep the client account running smoothly by utilising and managing company resources to pre-empt and manage client requirements, deliver successful jobs and projects for clients, maintain a profitable service and go the extra mile’ in representing the company.

    What will you do?

  • Build and maintain a productive relationship with client stakeholders by acting as their key point-of-contact and by providing proactive project support
  • Collaborate effectively within your team to deliver successful outcome
  • Understand the client’s business objectives and proactively manage Client and Agency team expectations
  • Run day-to-day projects and in charge of budget, timelines and briefs
  • Mentoring juniors for their sustainable growth
  • Requirement

  • University degree holder, preferably in a marketing or advertising
  • Experience at 4A’s Agency is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in performance and branded campaign development and management
  • Self-driven and proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be organised with good attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate problem solving skills to tackle new challenges
  • Must be highly motivated by business performance and creative innovation
  • Must be adaptable to fast-paced, multi-cultural working environments
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Great client management track record is a plus
