Provide support for talent acquisition function on administration, operation and projects Manage background checking process for all levels of hiring Process HR information system data input, update and documents upload Handle HR administrative tasks, e.

g. probation confirmation, maintain licenses record for staff, etc Administer visa application and visa renewal Support in digitalization projects to streamline the processes and enhance candidates experience Participate in ad-hoc projects as required The Person Bachelor degree in any disciplines Fresh graduate is also welcomed Strong digital skill and mindset Fluent Cantonese and English Good communication skills, able to work with different level of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility and learning agility
