The position of Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia is responsible for building strong and consistent employer brand across Asia.
The job holder will develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy to provide an excellent candidate experience to make Sun Life the Employer Of Choice to attract and retain top talents while meeting our business goals.
He / She also leads Future Of Work to make Sun Life the best place to grow. The Head of Talent Acquisition, Asia reports to the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer, Asia.
Responsibilities : Meet Business Need
Meet Business Need
Lead and deliver talent acquisition strategy to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates for critical and selective roles on time across Asia, ensuring a consistently high candidate experience to meet business and organisation need.
Develop and execute a strategy to build fresh talent pipelines through campus recruitment and off-campus initiatives which are attractive to a diverse candidate pool.
Employer of Choice
Working closely with Corporate Employee Value Proposition lead and country HR / Marketing / Communications / Brand teams to develop and roll out a strong employer value proposition which is sustainable and truly reflects the OneSunLife values and our unique and highly valued culture.
Lead and gain best employer awards.
Develop, adopt and implement Artificial Intelligent recruiting tools to streamline and automate the processes related to sourcing, screening and hiring the best candidates.
Ensure common recruitment practices where appropriate across all SL Asia markets.
