Roles and Responsibilities

Training and Operation Management for Leadership Development and Talent

  • Facilitate / Co-facilitate New Employee Orientation and other learning or talent programs to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills and engagement
  • Be the Talent and Learning specialist on Workday and perform end to end UAT. Manage and process system workflow operation after go-live
  • Revamp the total onboarding solution by partnering with functional specialists of LD&T to enhance new joiners’ experience
  • Perform end to end training management including consolidating training enrollment and update subsequent changes for all training and programs, ensure regular maintenance of training venue, equipment and supplies, set up room and facilities for training and perform post-
  • training administration, work with various vendors to roll out training including inhouse and externa.

  • Handle process documentation and data management (feedback, evaluation, reporting, dashboards, etc.) for LD&T’s ongoing action, review and follow up for improvement
  • Process and review Company Sponsorship applications and reimbursement requests that are compliant with established policies
  • Maintain and update related budget and expenses, comply with the procurement process and keep documents and material inventory up to date
  • Develop promotion flyers and communication messages for People Development Programs, managing the Talent Management email box
  • Partner with functional specialists and vendors to promote digital learning and maintain digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with other team members including HR Business Partners, Functional Specialist, HR Advisory and the Group Office to provide expert advice to managers and employees and on other Human Resources projects as assigned
  • Job Requirement

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Human Resources / Learning and Development / Talent Management or a related field
  • Passion for administrative work and quality outcomes
  • A team player, able to work in a matrixed reporting structure is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a customer service mindset
  • Proactive to resolve problems in a fast moving industry, being able to multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email to deliver customer service and advise lines of business on leadership development and talent related matters
  • Strong co-ordination skills and highly organized
  • Possess learning agility and able to recommend new ways of doing things for continuous improvement, especially through exploring new technology
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, with strong capabilities in MS EXCEL
  • Candidates possessing more experience, especially with psychometric assessments qualifications may be considered for Manager
  • Knowledge and experience with Workday is an advantage
