Working within a global leading technology company, this CRM Analyst will report to the Business Operations Manager within a sizeable team to provide application support and implementation on CRM solution, specifically Salesforce.
com, over APAC region. This role will also work with US headquarter on global projects as well.
Act as the administrator for global CRM solution
Provide support and training to APAC users
Help out with deployment and UAT on new product features
Liaise with different departments such as finance, sales, marketing to maintain data quality
Participate in regional projects when necessary
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline
2-3 years’ experience supporting CRM solution preferably Salesforce.com
Strong understanding on CRM application and relevant business processes
Great interpersonal skills and can work with users across multiple regions
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
