Currently we are seeking an intern who will contribute to an internationally-focused and diverse team for the Asia Pacific practice.

The successful candidate will be focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality and high-impact projects.

Successful candidate will start on a full-time internship for six months with the possiblity to extend. Please note we cannot sponsor training visas for interns so applciants must be legally allowed to take up internships in Hong Kong.

Accountabilities

How you will contribute :

Analysis and editorial competency

  • Produce rigorous analysis that generates original insights on issues at the intersection of business, policy, and economics
  • Write and edit reports, including proofing and fact-checking
  • Manage creative content working with designers to create project website, infographics and motion graphics for video
  • Engagement management

  • Contribute to the delivery of individual project workstreams or small engagements under the supervision of senior team members, upholding the highest quality standards on own outputs
  • Support the delivery of projects to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring achievement of agreed revenue and contribution targets
  • Business development

  • Assist in business development, including preparing proposal documents and contributing to ideation in the development of new solutions and commercial offerings
  • Experience, skills and professional attributes

    The ideal skills for this role are

  • Degree in a business, healthcare, public policy, journalism or other related discipline; Master's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of two years of prior relevant experience would be ideal; consulting, research or journalism experience is preferred
  • A demonstrated interest in public policy issues and creating engaging content, with a focus on Asia
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex analysis and ideas to non-specialist audiences
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
