Human Resources & Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, interview arrangement, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development, etc.
  • Execute monthly payroll and compensation and benefits related payment
  • HR related procurement handling, payment settling and contract review
  • Support in internal staff events, training sessions and activities
  • Perform day-to-day office operations and admin support
  • Manage filing and record keeping on all HR & Admin related documentation
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Human Resources & Administration preferably with sizeable organisation.
  • Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and good organizational skills
  • Detail-minded, organized, willing to learn, and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior role
  • The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
