Key Responsibilities :
Assist in all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, interview arrangement, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development, etc.
Execute monthly payroll and compensation and benefits related payment
HR related procurement handling, payment settling and contract review
Support in internal staff events, training sessions and activities
Perform day-to-day office operations and admin support
Manage filing and record keeping on all HR & Admin related documentation
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in Human Resources & Administration preferably with sizeable organisation.
Good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details and good organizational skills
Detail-minded, organized, willing to learn, and able to perform multi-tasks
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as a senior role
The position is on a renewable fixed-term contract (subject to performance and operational needs) for a period of 2 years.
