  • Lead a team of merchandisers in Shenzhen office to look after all production related merchandising activities
  • Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
  • Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production
  • Work / Liaise independently with suppliers from overseas and PRC
  • Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
  • Manage day to day merchandising processes, order allocation / scheduling strategic, vendor management, cost and budget control and coaching the team members to ensure cross-
  • functional relationships

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • Form 5 or above
  • 3-Day works in our Shenzhen office (布吉)
  • Factory experience JACKET / OUTWERWEAR is a preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience on outerwear products with minimum of 2 years in senior level
  • Strong product and material knowledge with good technical skills, familiar with merchandising and production process
  • Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  • Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problems solving skills, able to meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Literate in Microsoft office programs
  • Occasional travel is required
