Associate Recruiter, Early Career Greater China (1-Year Contractor)
Location : Shanghai / Beijing / Hong Kong
GLG is seeking candidate for an Associate Recruiter - Early Career (12-Month Contractor) role based in Shanghai, China. This exciting position will be part of APAC Talent Acquisition team, responsible for executing a best-in-class Internship and Early Career Recruitment strategy across Greater China and selection approach that reflect our firm culture, values, and success factors.
This position will be responsible for elevating the university relationship and driving initiatives to create an exceptional candidate experience and able to meet the business needs.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
Manage and execute the delivery of all Internship recruitment and Early Career Program across Greater China
Review and assess resumes, conduct interviews, and manage inhouse interview super day
Provide metrics and measurement against recruiting strategy to ensure the program is meeting business needs.
Drive early career program and beyond : continuously develop a strong relationship with target university, plan events from job fairs to conferences
Strive for exceptional and best-in-class candidate experience with diversity
Other tasks assigned by the manager
An ideal candidate will have the following :
2-5 years of experience in managing high volume internship and early career recruitment as well as proven direct sourcing capability, preferably in Professional Services industry
A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
A flexible approach and ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment
Strong communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work across diverse team regionally
Positive can-do attitude and hungry for success
Proficient in English. Fluent Cantonese is a strong plus
