The role :
Formulate strategic direction and plans to sustain the brand position and build a strong awareness for the markets of HK, Macau, PRC and Taiwan
Manage the P&L of the assigned Brand as well as perform budget control, sales forecast and KPI development
Monitor the sales performance and identify potential opportunities and performance gaps, hence to develop meaningful actions to achieve optimal results
Formulate annual objectives and KPIs as well as work closely with retail & sales team to maximize the sales turnover and profitability
Work closely with marketing team to develop holistic plans covering marketing activities, communication, VM direction, etc.
Keep abreast and analyse the market trend and sales & CRM data, hence to develop effective promotion campaigns to drive sales
Requirement : :
Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Studies or related discipline
8+ years solid experience in Retail / Brand Management, with China market exposure is a must
Strong business sense and strategic thinking with excellent analytical, communication and presentation skill
Excellent in MS Office and formulation
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
