KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Key accounts servicing and development
  • Understanding client’s business for formulating and achieving their CRM strategy and / or business objectives
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives
  • Participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionable solutions for the business
  • Able to handle information collection and integration with the use of external and internal systems
  • Work closely with the internal development team and partners in implementing digital and CRM marketing campaigns
  • Regular generate campaign report and drive analytic and recommendation
  • Preparation of sales and marketing materials
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in CRM / loyalty programme (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Executive)
  • Experience in CRM System and related IT systems
  • Good project management and analytical skill
  • Proactive, innovative, self-organized, self-motivated with good presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken
