Responsibilities
Acquire new accounts and promote general banking products and services including cards and unsecured loans via outreaching and roadshow activities
Identify cross-selling opportunities proactively by connecting with corporate customers through the Corporate Employee Privilege Program
Establish customer relationships, know the customers to gain their confidence and trust, and deliver customer-focused solutions
Requirements
Degree holder in related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in sales and service
Knowledge of general banking products and services is preferred
Good network and connections in Shenzhen is an advantage
Customer-focused and with a flair for selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
HKIB Certified Banker preferred
