Job Description

  • Develop creative event concepts and innovative lifestyle programs to enhance members’ experience.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns to manage customer acquisition and drive customer engagement;
  • Segmentation and analyze needs of members and upcoming trends to drive spending behavior;
  • Nurture long term relationships with key strategic partners to foster consistent support via joint promotions or events;
  • Liaise with different business units to develop marketing programs for members activation and customer engagement.
  • Responsible for the development and management of event strategies and loyalty programs to optimize the engagement and recruitment of Club members.
  • In charge of the club event activities from idea generation to program execution.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in loyalty, marketing with prior experience in membership or loyalty programs an advantage
  • Candidates with strong business network and customer loyalty related experience are preferred;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with CRM software applications
  • Good communication skills, customer-centric, versatile and good business acumen
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
