Key Responsibilities :
System administrator of Facilities management or monitoring system, cooperate with vendor to ensure the system robustness and network security
Project delivery to customer including rack, power, cabling and patching
Coordinate with IDC vendor to fulfill the post-sale service requirement of Network Infrastructure project
Vendor management of significant facility maintenance duty
Regular service review and site audit, collect feedback, provide recommendations for improvement, communicate with vendor, and seek for business opportunity

Higher Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience, major in Engineer, Telecommunications or similar fields
Experience in network diagnosis and maintenance, good understanding of power supply and air-conditioning in data center
Knowledge in data center facility, transmission or IP network will be an advantage
Excellent in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, dedicated and self-motivated
Good team player, strong customer service mind and able to work under pressure
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
