At the same time, we have ambition to build an international brand by establishing an even more global presence.We're currently looking to hire a Loyalty Marketing Manager, part of our Marketing team based in Hong Kong.

The position will lead the global loyalty program within Lalamove. In this role, you are fully responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of the program.

You will be responsible with the planning, execution, and launching of the totally new loyalty program targeting SME customers.

Furthermore, you will be working closely with other departments such as Product, IT, Customer Experience, Business Intelligence, other Marketing teams, and all Lalamove local offices.

What you'll do :

  • Develop a long-term vision & strategy of the loyalty program, including market best practices by leveraging knowledge and data
  • Work with internal IT team, identify product & tech requirements to identify the right 3rd party platform which can be integrated to our user APP
  • Design & develop user-friendly consumer journey from enrolment, point-earning, point-balance, redemption & continuous engagement
  • Provide user requirements, ensure the tracking of all accrual activities automatically and reflect in users’ account in real-time
  • Design program rules to retain and increase the share of wallet from high-frequency users
  • Work with the finance & Business Intelligence teams to develop long-term & sustainable business model of the program including Cost, ROI, financial treatment of loyalty point
  • Work with other marketing functions to identify & develop the platform brand positioning and marketing communications plan
  • As a project manager connect all working parties to ensure the loyalty program launch on time & running smoothly
  • Lead & guide local Lalamove offices to the launching & sourcing of redemption items
  • Explore new incentives and partnerships to reward loyal customers
  • Establish metrics to track measurable and quantitative performance for evaluation and improvement
  • Analyze consumer data and campaigns to enhance customer understanding and use insights to develop future plans
  • Leverage experience with multi-channel A / B testing and customer research methodologies to support design of testing roadmaps
  • Assist in ad hoc projects when required
  • What you'll need :

  • 5+ years hands-on experiences in loyalty programs
  • Experience in managing APAC regions
  • Data-driven with proven track-record in deriving marketing opportunities and strategy through data analysis as well as has experience working in an ROI-driven organization
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills to be able to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues globally
