In this position you will...
Be responsible for general insurance policy administration services and associated back-office tasks including operational projects and other supported may needed from reporting manager to collectively achieve company goals.
You will be responsible for
Manage policy administration services including data capture, policy documents and renewal invitations issuance.
Support day to day operation on P&C products including Motor, Individual Medical, Marine and other GI products.
Ensure quality and accurate service deliverables.
Assist underwriting and operation team to achieve operational efficiency.
Support user acceptance test for the rollout of core insurance system and assist in designing test plan and conducting UAT.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
University degree or equivalent post-secondary education
At least 2-3 years’ experience of working with relevant job in General Insurance
Product Knowledge in General Insurance business
Collaborative mindset and team work spirit
Open mindset to adapt to needs of the stakeholder
Able to work independently and under pressure
Solution oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills including English and Cantonese
