As a Business Development Manager you will be required to drive the Mobile Messaging Solution establishment business, through an agreed strategic idea customer profiles, effectively leading and managing, to achieve the overall aim of delivering all essential business targets; to deliver growth, profitability, compliance, and succeeds by opening new opportunities, developing an efficient, pro-active strategy and expanding Infobip’s reach in your dedicated market to deliver results whilst working towards our company values.
You know you are doing a good job when:You identify and prepare proposal, make presentations and offer effective solutions to clients.You identify and establish new business accounts and opportunities to MNOs pain points, different business models and speak bankers’ language.You engage with regional teams and all related departments for client follow-ups and to convert them into closure.You seek and develop for new sales opportunities, channels and/or revenue generation.You manage existing accounts build strong rapport with clients.You report sales pipeline and project status on timely manner.You help generate sales revenue and achieve given sales targets jointly with regional team.You build strategic vendor partnerships at the same time align with company directionYou conduct Business Development activities such as marketing events, lead generation etc.You organize and manage ad hoc events; execute marketing activities through various channels in Hong KongYou update Regional Manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily, weekly, monthly, action summaries and sales reports.You coordinate with all related departments, suppliers for on behalf of other sales staff and presales team when required. You know how to create meeting agendas; ability to take precise meeting minutes and teleconferences to distribute to participants.You act as an extension of the sales and presales departments in a team approach.You ensure that all Salesforce information is current and able to create, manage and manipulate reports for Regional Manager at short notice.You maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports with the assistance and input from other sales and presales, sales administrator coordinator teams.You manage sales process from prepares professional sales presentations, initial meetings till close salesYou seek and approach existing customers to get requirement/feedback about services we are providing and sharing information with product owner and/or related team.You perform any other duties assigned from time to time as presented by the Regional Manager
More about you:You have 3 - 5 years in VAS enterprise and corporate sales experience in B2B areas who were working on bundle deals and sales towards enterprise clients with proven track record of achieving sales targets.You have experience within different VAS products such as USSD, SMS, Voice, PaaS, SaaS, and Cloud technologyYou have experience worked within network operator, VAS or innovations department, banking sections, digital and alternative channelsYou speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, both writing and speaking in Thai and EnglishYou have a positive mindset and an enthusiastic outlookYou work well on an individual basis - a real self-motivated sellerYou achieve goals of partnership, brand placement, market expansion, new user acquisition, and awarenessYou have great strategic influencing skills, listening skills, being able to quickly identify clients’ pain points.You have proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.You have target driven with the hunger, willingness and passion to succeed.You adopted fast to Infobip’s culture, procedures, sales processes, and required tools
