Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Head Office based in Hong Kong, we are seeking an Audit and Risk Management professional to be an integral part of the Audit and Risk Management team participating in various internal audits and ensuring robust risk management across the Group.

Key Accountabilities
Participate in internal audit projects and perform risk assessment and auditing procedures utilising a risk-based, business partnering approach with minimal supervision.
Lead Audit and Risk Manager(s) to complete small-scale audits and risk reviews as required
Communicate with process owners of the observations identified, provide recommendations and contribute to the preparation of audit reports by compiling audit observations write-up
Lead and complete small-scale investigations independently, or conduct investigative tasks as needed under close supervision of Manager / Sr Manager / Director / GGM
Build and maintain end-to-end process documentation of the Group’s risk reporting process including review of operations’ risk registers and recommendation proposal for quality improvement
Act as a catalyst of the Group’s internal control and governance by participating in the design or reengineering of group-wide processes, controls and systems
General requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent fields
Minimum 7 years' experience in auditing and accounting firm, with in-house internal audit experience is highly preferrable
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and / or Certified Information System Auditor or equivalent is preferred
Strong business and finance acumen
Well-organised, detailed orientated and high ethical standards
Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Willing to take up international travel
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Audit & Risk Management Manager.
