Reporting to Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for performing daily operations and administration tasks effectively.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle the daily investment transactions related to securities, structured notes, equity accumulator, equity options, CLPD and CLPGD, related corporate actions, mark-to-market securities valuation, issuance of final term sheet with product terms and conditions and fixing results
  • Handle daily transactions including current accounts, saving accounts, fixed deposits, issuance of demand draft and cashier order, loan processing and customer information system maintenance
  • Handle credit administration and control including to facilitate the credit approval and documents flow, daily loan processing, update the database of credit system and prepare the margin report for control
  • Safekeeping of current accounts & saving accounts mandate
  • Reconcile G / L entries for Financial Accounting Department i.e. C / A & S / A
  • Support the day-to-day office administration tasks and other operations functions as and when required
  • Provide support to Operations Managers on operations projects
  • To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

  • Degree holder; discipline in Business or Finance is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in banking or financial industry
  • Good PC application knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical mind
  • A good team player
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Remarks : Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
