    Attends day-to-day business operation and in keeping up with productivity, underwriting and service standard for General Insurance business.

    Assists to monitor the outsourcing services and provide trainings to ensure services complies with services standard

    Participates in company projects by preparing user stories, UAT and implementation cycle

    Job Responsibilities

    Data capturing , reviewing electronic submission and issuing policies, renewals, endorsements and amendments to non-medical policy.

    Commits and accepts business proposal up to limits authorized and resolve s underwriting acceptance, queries and referrals up to limits authorized .

    Provides efficient and effective services in meeting u nderwriting and s ervice standard as per Underwriting Guide lines.

    Ability to keep up with production pressure and demands.

    Attends to department projects to assist in implementing strategic activities

    Job Requirements

    F.7 or above, progress in professional insurance qualification

    Preferably 3 - 4 years of experience in issuing policy

    Knowledge of general insurance market, wording and practices is essential. Cheerful with keen interest to excel and take challenges in meeting standard.
