Main Responsibilities :

Process various types of inward / outward payment those includes local and cross-border transactions via different payment systems;

Handle the inquiry message via swift system from other banks, foreign branches, or Nostro bank. React and respond the swift message to counterparties directly;

Handle and follow up irregular cases align with the Anti oney Laundry & compliance regulations and internal policy & procedures, escalate to relevant parties for further action when suspicious hit is found;

Enquiries handling and provide professional advice to other shareholders regarding payment services;

Perform RMB clearing centre payment support, Night shift is required;

Participate in process re-engineering projects with the aim to increase the straight through processing rate;

Perform ad hoc and other assignments as instructed by Head of Payment Services & Cash Management DisplayQualifications("- Degree holder with minimum 10 years experience in payment services operations

With experience in handling inquiry from other bank and interaction with counterparty.

Strong internal control and regulatory compliance knowledge

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays

Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule

Independent, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player Requirements : - Degree holder with minimum 10 years experience in payment services operations

With experience in handling inquiry from other bank and interaction with counterparty.
