Manage and implement the mid- / medium complexity projects in full-cycle for Life Business
Identify, define, combine, unify and coordinate various projects management processes and activities necessary to deliver the project and to attain agreement on artifacts to be applied based on the circumstances and nature of the project
Support the sponsor in the setup of the project to ensure the business case is clearly defined, including estimation of required resources and funds, and relevant impacted stakeholders are engaged as part of the group evaluating the preferred solution
Be responsible for the resources allocation, trade-offs among competing objectives and alternatives, manage the interdependencies among the project management areas to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes
Develop the project plan at task level based on the agreed business case, manage and control project delivery in accordance with baseline parameters and standards to drive project success
Conduct risk management, planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling risk on a project to increase the likelihood and impact of positive events in the projects
Job Requirements :
At least 8 years of project management and / or business transformation experience in FSI sector.
Qualification of Project Management (PMP) is required
Strong knowledge of Insurance Operations or front-end systems for Life business will be an advantage
Candidates from management consultancy firm, banks or financial services with strong business transformation exposure will also be considered
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication, presentation, analytical and influencing skills
