Our client is a High-Frequency Trading firm specialising in the Cryptocurrency Markets looking to hire a Head of Trading.
Job Responsibilities :
Directly manage trading books including operational and trading-related issues
Undertake Quantitative Research to develop new trading strategies
Liaise and work with Global Trading and Middle Office teams to ensure trades are booked correctly
Liaise and work with key exchange counterparts on margin requirements, trade breaks, coin borrows, market making requirements and technical issues
Solve cryptocurrency derivative pricing problems
Develop, design and model tools to automate daily tasks
Develop and utilise proprietary back-testing and simulation tools
Job Requirements :
Degree or above in Quantitative or STEM-related field i.e. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or Physics
5+ years of experience in high frequency trading
Exposure to designing, developing and improving complex risk management systems
Good programming in C++ and / or Python
