One of the global leading motor manufacturer is now seeking Training and Development Professional to join their energetic team in Hong Kong.
Developing, launching and facilitating training and development programs, company culture programs, and assisting in organizational development initiatives on a worldwide basis.
Develop the global integration program, implement the global training and development plan
Deliver training courses focusing on continuous Improvement as the dominant value
Support to develop and revamp the e-learning portal & recommend potential mediums / platforms for training and development programs
Support the director to develop and roll out training & development programs
Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
8 years or above related experience in MNC
Strong in Soft Skill training
Track record in design, develop, and deliver Training programs for cross-cultural workforce
Experienced in assisting implement or revamp e-Learning portal
Regional or Global Training programs / projects rollout is a plus
Good communication skills with different level of the staffs in a multi-national environment, including senior executives
Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
Primary working location is in Hong Kong, frequent travel to China office in Shenzhen and other overseas offices.
