Our client,a property advisor,is looking for a temp secretary for maternity cover.

Responsibility :

  • Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to department head
  • Arrange meetings and prepare documents and pitching PowerPoint slides
  • Prepare proposals and tender for business
  • Organize travel arrangements, prepare itinerary, and other logistics arrangements.
  • Co-ordinate related business issue of all departments and external parties
  • Maintain filing system and provide clerical support
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments independently and efficiently
  • Requirements :

  • High Diploma / associate degree holder, university graduate is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience is a must;
  • Solid secretarial experience in supporting senior executives or management level is preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Working Location : Wanchai

    Salary : up to 20k

    Working time : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 18 : 00
