Our client,a property advisor,is looking for a temp secretary for maternity cover.
Provide full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to department head
Arrange meetings and prepare documents and pitching PowerPoint slides
Prepare proposals and tender for business
Organize travel arrangements, prepare itinerary, and other logistics arrangements.
Co-ordinate related business issue of all departments and external parties
Maintain filing system and provide clerical support
Carry out ad hoc assignments independently and efficiently
High Diploma / associate degree holder, university graduate is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience is a must;
Solid secretarial experience in supporting senior executives or management level is preferred;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Working Location : Wanchai
Salary : up to 20k
Working time : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 18 : 00
