To participate in the setting up of the eMPF operational processes

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • To participate in the internal discussion sessions with relevant stakeholders in respect of infrastructure and operational processes for the eMPF project
  • To work with external and internal stakeholders to get prepare for the trustee onboarding tasks, amongst others, data cleansing, data mapping, data review, dress rehearsal, data migration, and post-migration checking
  • To follow up with customers through outbound calls or other means (where necessary) for data / information’s clarification
  • To prepare testing scenarios and workflow design with value-added insights from pension operations experience
  • To update user requirements, perform end-to-end MOT and work closely with MIS / BST as a team
  • To prepare presentation materials and member communication materials in relation to the eMPF project, and assist to conduct client visits and members’ briefing with Team Heads, if required
  • To assist in performing fact-finding and investigation responding to customers and / or intermediaries’ complaints or enquiries
  • To review and update operational procedures and administrative manuals for the eMPF operations
  • To review and revise client communication materials, including but not limited to, Member Guide, MPF Scheme Brochure, and pass to communication sign-off
  • To provide administrative and servicing support to distribution channels e.g. brokers / agents / bank alliances on client related issues
  • To perform ad-hoc assigned tasks including coverage on administrative functions
  • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of solid experience in pension or financial industry, pension operations experience is a definite advantage
  • Good knowledge on MPF / ORSO retirement schemes and investment products
  • Familiar with operational requirements, related technology trends and other common challenges
  • Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively and work under pressure and to fixed deadlines with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer orientated
  • Mature, flexible and a good team player
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines, and willing to work overtime / outside office hours as and when necessary
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered the position Assistant Manager / Manager
  • You are required to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
