Job Description

  • Located in HK however reporting to the APAC Account Lead from T&T and the Client’s Sub Region Design and Construction Lead for day to day activities
  • Appoint and lead project teams within North East Asia (China, HK, Taiwan, Japan etc.) to meet client project delivery requirements, including : due diligence, new fit out projects, office re-site, refit and rationalization initiatives
  • Ensure that the overall delivery of assigned projects through the framework is correctly and efficiently delivered by the project teams
  • Intervene and provide guidance in case of non compliance issues and maintain transparent reporting with client until resolved
  • Ensure that individual fee proposals for projects are reviewed and agreed with the T&T APAC Account Lead, T&T Country Leadership and Client Regional Team
  • Ensure that projects are completed in line with the clients processes and compliance to client process and local legal requirements is maintained at all times
  • Ensure high quality standards and levels of service are delivered consistently across all geographies and by all team members
  • Ensure that clients requirements for fast, efficient, accurate and consistent reporting of project metrics are maintained through the project lifecycle
  • Drive efficiency and improvement of process, standards and delivery methods
  • Ensure appropriate preparation and attendance at project and regional level meetings so that the requirements of the project are adequacy reviewed, discussed and communicated to project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other regional functions to identify process inconsistencies or inefficiency in region and implement changes with full stakeholder alignment
  • Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Bachelor degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3 6 years experience related to all aspects of Construction / Project Management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of typical business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
  • Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
