Research, design, propose, and potentially deliver digital technologies and solutions. As one of key Digital solutions, build AI capabilities across AIA and support local business units to develop relevant, engaging and differentiated digital experiences for our customers, agents, partners and staffs.
Roles and Responsibilities : Define the to-be Digital Architecture of AIA as part of the overall Enterprise Architecture vision, ensuring the alignment with the business and growth strategies of AIA.
Perform reviews on digital initiatives and guide local business unit teams / vendors to create contents that are aligned with group digital technical design.
Research, design, propose, and potentially deliver digital technologies and solutions including chatbot, RPA, AI, devops, ML and cloud Provide policy guidance for AI space, developing approach for digital platform including architecture, selection, defining test strategies for digital solutions, project management capabilities Oversee the design and realization of the digital architecture within programmes and projects as necessary, ensuring adherence to architecture vision, standards and policies Creation and maintenance of the overall digital architecture, and the creation of the AI roadmap to achieve that architecture Work closely with multiple departments within Group (e.
g. marketing, healthcare, agency, partnership distribution, etc.) and local business units to develop prototypes to nimbly test feasibility of new concepts.
Contribute to technical discussions and enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability and latest digital technologies.
Guide & support the local business units to keep evolving their digital platforms and capabilities. Deliver training through training courses or on-the-job training to local business units with the outcome to have skilled digital representatives.
At times lead / supervise the work of other individuals assigned to the projects to ensure the objectives can be met. Preferred Job Requirements : Deep understanding of all digital building blocks (e.
g. components, templates, workflow, CRX repository, etc.) Hands-on digital development experience or mobile team leadership experience from scope to implementation Experience managing DevOps, including architecture, integration, UX and design, production and continuous integration / delivery Experience of integrating with web services and social APIs (XML, JSON, REST, OAuth, Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, etc) Proven experience using Agile Scrum and test driven development environments for mobile applications Excellent knowledge of the best software development practices, iOS and Android development and processes Experience with mobile computing concepts and devices, including mobile data, mobile security, analytics, applications, and devices Experience with multi-tier and cross-platform architectures driven towards mobility Excellent knowledge of the best practices for optimizing web services and other integration systems Significant hands-on experience in large-scale technical solution implementation.
Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.
A passion for creating experiences that resonate emotionally with people. Experience in working internationally spanning geographies in Asia.
Compelling evidence of successful programme delivery, with hands-on experience in the Asia life insurance sector preferred.
