To assist the Financial Controller in handling all financial aspects of the company.
Key responsibilities :
Handling and keeping full set of books for a small company including month end closing, budget, forecast, financial reporting and analysis.
Work with overseas subsidiary on handling inventory, management fee booking and account reconciliation.
Handling requests from Internal & External Contacts, Auditors, Tax Representative, etc.
Implement proper controls and procedures to meet both internal and external policy and requirements.
Support GM in running the business, provide financial and administrative support.
Requirements / Skills
Degree Holder in Accounting with at least 5 years experience
Qualified Accountant with hands on and capability in handling full set of accounting
Strong in using MS Excel and Power Point
Detail, deadline oriented and can work under pressure
Good Control Mindset and knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Independent, Initiative and with can-do attitudes
