Role Purpose :
The role will oversee the Watsons Asia digital strategy in owned, paid and earned media with a proactive and creative approach to all available digital and electronic marketing platforms.
Moreover, (s)he is responsible for ensuring such programs align with Brand guideline and standards as well as active marketing plans and budgets, while refining programs to capitalize on opportunities.
A typical day in this Role :
Keep updated with latest market trends on SEO / SEM, Martech, Adtech, digital marketing strategy and recommend new initiatives to grow the business
Work with development team, marketing teams and BUs to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in coding and campaigns including but not limited to change on website architecture, online content creation, linking, prioritization of keywords and optimization of landing pages, etc.
Analyze and track website traffic, SEO statistics, ROAS result from BUs’ digital marketing efforts to identify actionable improvement to drive the conversions
Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of search as well as strategic and creative communication
Pursue and coordinate social media influencer visits and utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content

What we look for :
University graduate in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
Minimum of ten years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and related industries. Agency background is preferred
Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies and vendors
Strong SEO / SEM experience with eCommerce background; keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
Demonstrate knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applications, ranking factors, search engine algorithms
Ability to multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, SEMrush, Digimind, etc.)
Strong ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Experience with A / B and multivariate experiments
