JOB DESCRIPTION :

Assisting in the preparation of budgets

Managing records and receipts

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

Preparing balance sheets

Processing invoices

Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational process

Providing finance business partnering support to internal clients

Resolve financial disputes raised by the internal clients.

Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters

Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

YOUR PROFILE :

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

Ideally 2+ years’ relevant working experience

Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details

Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Candidates with the right attitude but less experience would be considered as well.
