  • Stays close with the market and alert what competitors are doing. Monitors and analyzes external environment to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in business / technical requirements gathering sessions to produce Business Process Flow and Functional Requirement related documentation

  • Uses internal data and market intelligence for analyzes and formulates sales plan & strategy. Regular reviews of the plan & strategy is also needed.
  • Determines and assigns resources (both budget and manpower) to territories for optimal sales performance and effectiveness of supervision.
  • Leads cycle meeting and translates marketing strategy into sales languages and set objectives for sales force.
  • Ensures application of CFS / CCI in the sales force, as well as other MSE initiatives.
  • Regular joins call with sales force to monitor their quality and sales effectiveness. Ensures sales force are delivering right product messages and sales strategy as per relevant marketing plan.
  • Continuous tracking, monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of sales plans and programs.
  • Develops and maintains good relationship with key opinion leaders and medical professionals. Educates, influences and gains their support on our products.
  • Shares with marketing personnel the volatile market situations, market intelligence and advise them on resources allocation to ensure maximum return.
  • Sales Force Management
  • Leads a team of sales force and schedules regular team meetings.
  • Understands team members’ characteristics and make use of their strengths.
  • Identifies team members’ training and development needs and helps them to formulate development plans in terms of business effectiveness and personal growth.
  • Motivates team members to achieve / exceed their sales target.
  • Provides coaching and guidance to team members and helps them solve difficulties in daily work.
  • Aligns, evaluates and provides timely feedback on performance to subordinates.
  • Creates a culture that makes team members feel free to communicate with management of any issue.
  • Works closely with HR on strategic staffing, employs and retains our talents in the right job.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Pharmacy or science related discipline
  • Familiar with pharmaceutical industry
  • Sensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industry
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Good time management, communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and fast learner
  • 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Relevant sales experience
