WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Meet the Commercial Team in different sales channels to align the forecast and upcoming activities
Control the replenishment quantity by constantly review the forecast, safety stock and order quantity to balance the stock availability and goods flow capacity
Work actively with sales for the range management by securing qualitative and timely administration of the range in the systems and highlight deviations on the range frame and parameters
Coordinate the range change process led by the Commercial Team and input accurate information regarding sales space parameters, forecast and selling source options
Maintain the sales space parameters in Central Fulfilment Unit and regularly review with Goods Flow team to make sure optimal level of inventory in the locations
Manage the bulk purchase request from store or IKEA Business to make sure the stock arrive according to the customer requirements
Act as the main contact window in the Central Fulfilment Unit for all range administration and operational supply-related questions, both for the Commercial Team and the country Replenishment Team
Prepare the KPI reports for the Commercial Team and management team regarding the performance in the central unit, including range dimension, overstock and concrete, activities leftover and non-central shortages
