Assist Relationship Managers in performing the documentations and account opening
Work closely with other divisions on monitoring the entire account opening
Support to the department in providing a full-range of administration and operation services, including preparation of documents and business reports
Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings and presentations
Support on general administration including travel / hotel arrangements, office supplies procurement management, expenses reimbursement and etc.
Handle inbound & outbound calls, conducting different kinds of background search and etc.
Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline
Minimum 3 year's working experience, preferably in banking industry
With basic knowledge in the business of Commercial / Corporate Banking and Account Opening and KYC will be advantage
Mature, responsible and self-motivated
Good communication and customer services skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
