    client engagement team

    you will work with the sales team (OG) trying to win the client's business. You will help scope the project and plan resourcing across the entire capabilities.

    Once the contract’s won, you will be the main point of contact for the new customer and will act as the primary escalation point for any problems in the relationship.

    Responsibilities :

  • Develop and nurture senior management relationships with the customer.
  • Understand customer at all levels to contribute to the overall strategic business plan.
  • Serve as client point of contact for contract services matters.
  • Assess / evaluate client requirements against existing programs, scope of project, manage project pipeline and overall schedule.
  • Manage customer expectations by developing performance metrics & reporting, escalation management and communication plans.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication with project manager.
  • Own cost target commitments implementing and monitoring expense controls.
  • Requirements :

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects / tasks simultaneously with industrial focus.
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization and across capabilities.
  • Must thrive on teamwork
