The School of Journalism and Communication invites applications for two posts of Teaching Assistant(s) for the following courses :

ii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and (iii) good teaching, communication, audio-visual production and IT skills.

For post (1), applicants should have at least TWO years of work experience in the media industry.

The appointee(s) will (a) assist in tutorial classes, laboratory sessions and field work, (b) prepare teaching materials, (c) supervise students, (d) coordinate student activities, (e) monitor Web-based projects, (f) assist in study tours, (g) coordinate teaching and programme activities, and (h) perform other related duties as assigned.

Appointment(s) will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years commencing August 2022, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
