Description

  • Responsible for monthly management reporting, analysis and budgeting of expense by line of business and divisions
  • Improve timeliness and quality of management reporting and provide insightful analytics to support management decision
  • Be a trusted partner and cultivate efficiency culture and provide recommendations on management actions of improving expense efficiency
  • Support and participate in the automation of the preparation of management report, enhancement of expense allocation platform, budget and forecast process e.
  • g. business requirement, User Acceptance Testing

    Qualifications

  • University graduate with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in expenses management and controlling in Financial Institution
  • Experience in handling system implementation, UAT, development of visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI)
  • Client oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Experience in handling Cost allocation is a plus
