Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.
Report to the Head and supervise a subordinate to effective the day to day retail operation activities for assigned district
Manage the P&L as well as sales performance of each store and drive the frontline teams to achieve sales target as well as various KPIs
Work closely with other BUs with the objective to maximize the sales and operation performance, such as VM, marketing and promotion, merchandising planning, etc.
Develop, review and streamline the operation process and guidelines for operational excellent towards the business objective as a whole
Ensure all procedure and operations within the stores are compliance with Corporate standard
Compile various sales report with meaningful analysis and forecast on a regular basis for business planning
Manage the frontline teams’ performance and identify potential talents for development
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in Business Study or related discipline
6+ years of experience in Retail Management, preferably growth from Management Trainee Program
Experience in P&L Management, business analysis and presentation to management is highly preferably
Strong numerical sense and analytical skill
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
