Responsibilities

Provide administrative support mainly to the Director and department members

  • Assist Director in general and sales administrations
  • Assist in tender submission
  • Prepare various sales reports and production scheduling reports
  • Prepare minutes, shipping documents and other ad-hoc reports
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Hardworking and able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • High computer literacy in MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime occasionally
  • Experience : Education : F.5
