Responsible for implementation and execution of the data analytic tests / indicators to facilitate the risk monitoring and work with the team to conduct the relevant assessment.
Responsible for recording and collating the results from execution of the data analytic testings and providing the results to management
Responsible to check the control effectiveness through the execution of correspondence assurance review (i.e. Control Sampling Testing, Forward Looking Indicator etc)
Identify and follow up the non-compliance / exception with the respective processing team to ensure the appropriate improvement / remediation actions have been timely taken
Report any non-compliance / exception in the risk repository system (i.e. M7, eWorkflow) on timely basis
Identify any process gaps against forward looking indicator / correspondence assurance review and escalate to the team for further necessary action (i.
e. revise the process, update the forward looking indicator etc)
Develop quality MI reports and dashboard required from regular or ad-hoc basis presentation to the Risk Forum / Committee.
Assist Head of BRM / Analytics to develop the program / logic with forward looking perspective to detect operational lapses / improvement areas in CPBB HK
Our Ideal Candidate
Degree holder or equivalent
Experience in Data Analytics with good knowledge in SAS programming and data mining
Experience in Banking, Risk, Control, Analytics function is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and good judgement and ability to work under pressure
A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good stakeholder management aby establishing good working relationships with people at all levels and to work well in a team
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Asst Manager role
